The Gentry is a 180-unit coop apartment complex that wanted / needed to connect with its tenants and shareholders online. This was accomplished by creating a website and mobile design that would give the Coop Board, shareholders and tenants easier access to one another. The website highlighted the building amenities, surrounding community and access to information, notification and events regarding the building. To compound the effectiveness of the website and the interaction of all parties, an email management system was put in place as well.

To maximize the effect of the site and the reach to all tenants, Lor Creative took over printed flyers production as well. These flyers will continue to be posted in the building in high trafficked areas to notify tenants of important building information, especially those who have not subscribed for the email notifications.
